WW :Ladies
Anyone have luck with switching from Flex to Core on different weeks? Does it work? Or does it just confuse your body?

I would think that it's good to switch things up and then your body won't get used to one way or the other.
Unfortunately, I need my snacks and take out and such so I'm a strictly flex girl. If I hit a nasty plateu I'll probably switch to core until it goes away lol
I say go for it!

Mary - core lets you eat certain food in unlimited quantities (low-carb foods) - you can still have potatoes, brown rice and wheat pasta - but in one cup portions a day. You still get 35 points for the week so you can be on core but still eat other stuff by using the points. Almost too good to be true.

I've never done this. However, when I used to attend the meetings, I remember a lot of ladies doing this. They all seemed to have great results and broke free of the plateau.

I tried Core and I did great the week I did it, but for me, I just can't stick with it. I eat more than 35 points worth of non core foods a week and happily.
I would imagine it would be great to change it up from week to week if you can do it!
