What do you use for exfoliating?
What scrub do you ladies use and do you like it? Thanks!  Also, how often do u use?

For my face I use an exfoliator from Murad - morning and at night.
On my body, I just use a puffy thing.

For my face - Dermalogica exfoliating mask (I can't remember what it's called). I use it a couple of times a week.

buf puff body spongs- has 2 sides - it really sloughs off dry skin

Buf-Puf for the face w/my facial cleanser...every day
And one of those mesh body sponges you get at Bath & Body Works, along with B&BW body soap for the bod.

I use St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub for my face. Twice a week.
And I use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub for my body Image Attachment(s):

I don't do my face at all. On my body I love my L'Occtaine Lavender exfoliator.
