Thank you all for your prayers--I will keep you updated. I keep looking at the pictures in the papers and it still seems surreal--I can hardly believe that Marissa is gone and now all of this going on with Jennifer. I just want to spread the word to get as many people praying as possible. The thought of these dear friends losing their other daughter is heartbreaking.
bump for update 11/11--she had a lung tansplant last night!!! Please continue to pray for her as she still has a long road ahead of her but what amazing news. Tomorrrow is her b-day, what an awesome b-day present!!

This is the best news I have woken up to in a long time. Jennifer and her family have been on my mind a lot lately. I am so happy she has received such an amazing Birthday gift!!!
I just wanted to add please also pray for the family that made the selfless decision to donate their loved ones organs. In their own time of grief they were able to think of another family and that is amazing.
