Update
So, I went to see Dr. Kroeninberg today and I have to say I really liked him. He was surprised that I hadn't had an HSG, he said that if they didn't check my tubes what was the point of doing all those IUI's. At which point I told him, that's why I'm here now
Anyway, he gave me a scrip for Provera and I am going in for an HSG after I get AF. He said all my blood results look good, including FSH which he was worried about considering my age (41). He wants me to take a prescription prenatal starting now. Lastly, he did an internal and there were a ton of follies in my right ovary which he said is great and means I will be a good responder to the meds!!
So happy to be moving forward

That is absolute great news, and very encouraging to me personally, as I'm 42 in practically the same boat. I've had my HSG though which confirmed closed tubes. Congratulations!
