Turkey in Convection Oven
eatturkey.com says that an 18-22 lb turkey will cook in 2 1/2-3 hours on 300 degrees in the convection oven. Is this true?

probably... convection helps move the heat around more, which probably helps the turkey cook through faster...

My mom cooks the turkey in a convection oven and its definitely abiut 1/2 the time as a regular oven!! and the bird comes out so juicy!!

SOunds pretty true. I am using my convection roast setting to cook out turkey.
