this is where i got my sophie in 2003! sounds like they have come a long way - when i got her the place was called "center for animal care and control", and it was the most dismal place ever. forget adoption bag or behavior consulting - they were just happy to get the animals out the door... glad to see they're reaching out and trying to find their animals good homes.
