hello ladies can i join you??

Hello ladies! I have been reading this board for a while and i thought maybe if i joined you it might help keep me on track.I am in my baby brothers wedding in 7 months!! i have about 40 pounds to lose. definatly doable! But i think i might need some support.

I do great all day but then i get up in the middle of the night and raid the fridge! I do this more when i am really stressed and i dont see my stress level getting any lower in the near future! So i guess i need to figure out how not to binge! I am not following any "diet" I am just keeping my cal at about 1300 per day. I havent been really exercising lately. I have 3 kids (15 months 9 and 10) And we just moved back here to NY. So i really havent been able to carve out any "me" time. I am going to try tomorrow am to get up before my DH goes to work at do some Pilates and then maybe in the afternoon take the kids to the track and let them ride their bikes and me and the baby can walk for a couple of miles. well i see i have been rambeling quite a bit so i hope to be on tomorrow night and maybe update y'all about how i did!!

If you are hungry in the middle of the night, try and keep mints or a hard candy nearby. I bet you save lots of calories that way.

Or have some pieces of fruit cut up in a tupperware, and when you raid the fridge, have a few pieces of fruit instead to satisfy a craving.

when you wake up in the middle of the night, try brushing your teeth again. Its harder to eat with a freshly brushed mouth.

1300 calories is way too little!! no wonder you are hungary in the middile of the night!! You are starving yourself. If you weigh 160 lbs, you should be eating at least 2000 calories per day to loose weight.
