Britney Spears continues to show off her new single look, literally letting her hair down as she finally emerges in Las Vegas on Friday, accompanied by former manager Larry Rudolph. The pop singer, who hit Sin City to work on her new album, also found time to party with a new pal: Mario Lopez.
