I saw a pair of them online that I like...BUT..Im a spaz because I can not figure out what the sizing is.....Please help!!
What does a 29 equate to in regular sizes??

I don't know if I would order Citizens online unless you have tried on the specific style in a store (or the exchange is free shipping / the price of them is unbeatable)...
I have found that the 26 in one style runs differently than the 26 in another.
