Lindsay's memory is hit and miss

Lindsay Lohan is mad at whoever spread the story that Paris Hilton hit her over the weekend in L.A. Too bad it's herself. Sunday night, as she got into the world's scariest carpool with Hilton and Britney Spears, the "Mean Girls" star told digirazzi, "Paris never hit me. She's my friend. Everyone lies about everything. ... Please, stop trying to make us hate each other."

But it was Lohan who, 12 hours before, had told the videographers who perpetually record her that Hilton "hit me last night for no reason, apparently, at my friend's house, and I didn't know she'd be there, and she hit me, and she hit me with a drink and poured it all over me, and it hurts, and it's not okay."
