freakin stair master!
Ugh, we "inherited " one from my IL's cause DH wanted it. I'd rather have a treadmill! The stairmaster is so freakin hard!!! I couldn't even do it for more than 5 minutes! I'd rather run, but it's so cold and I'm embarrassed about how out of shape I am. Does anyone like using a stairmaster? How are the results? Do you find it gets easier???

Stick with it, it will get easier...I have falling off of my running program, so I think I might go back to the stairmaster to change things up.
