Bras
I need new ones AGAIN. I have been wearing regular bras, just bigger.
At this point should I be buying special ones? Nursing or maternity? Is there a difference between regular and maternity?

Re: Bras
I got 'big' right away. I bought a few nursing and maternity bras so that I had them for when I nurse instead of buying twice as much.

Re: Bras
I went to georgette's in hicksville today to get fitted for nursing bras and they were awesome. they fit you and make sure you're wearing the right size. i told them about this site and they said to tell everyone that you should be fit around 4 months if you seem to have grown much, so you're being supported properly during the pregnancy, and then around 8 months for nursing bras if you are planning on nursing.

Re: Bras
let me tell you....When I bought my first nursing at Motherhood, she put me in an E cup.....I felt like I was doomed at finding anything else.
I was just at kohl's and picked up a 38 D and it felt comfy and felt like it had more support than the nursing one.
I might stick to nursing tanks and just a few bras to nurse-I don't want to spend the money. As far as other nursing clothes....too many BTDT moms have told me it's a waste of money.

Re: Bras
When I went to motherhood yesterday adn tried on nursing bras I found that they were VERY unsupportive. The quality of them just isn't that great I think. A lot of people go with them because they are such a main maternity store, but there are a LOT of other, much better options. I doubt I'll go with many nursing shirts either, but I'm glad I got bras that fit me well and are well-made. I'm a big size so I know I needed the support.
