EWCM
Ok....Don't know if this is going to be a stupid question but I'm going to throw it out there anyway. If your egg became fertilized 1 or 2 days before ovulation, would you still get the EWCM that comes along with ovulation. Basically, I'm wondering if ovulation still happens if your egg becomes fertilized right before. Just wondering because I usually have a good amount of EWCM and I don't see any this month. Anyone know??

Re: EWCM
Your egg could not get fertilized because it was not released yet that is what ovulation is. I think you mean if you had a sperm waiting? That would not affect O at all you woudl still have the same O symptoms. That being said, You CM can change from month to month as can your O date. I will bump a post that explains yoru cycle pretty clearly-it was evry helpful for me to read.

Your egg Can't get fertilized before the actual ovulation because there is no egg at that time (before). Meaning your egg gets released after you ovulate...
EWCM usually means that ovulation is approaching within a day or two and that you are most fertile and you should BD.....The egg lives for about 12 hours after your ovulation and that's when conception takes place only if there is sperm waiting in there........

Re: EWCM
Ok...I think I understand the EWCM comes before the actual ovulation. I thought it came along with it. That makes sense. Thanks!
