REPOST from NFR
since i am sick and food is not agreeing with me, what would you recommend to get some nutrients and help me get better?
something like Ensure or something like Pedialyte.
TIA! im open to suggestions!

I know my husband drank pedialyte for a hangover and felt great! I think it is more for fluids though. If you want nutrients I would go with a slim fast or that stuff they advertise for older people...I can't remember the name
