Just got back from Dr.
I'm a fingertip dialated...and my BP is borderline high again..they want me on strick bedrest and to come back on Monday.
What is a fingertip dialated? I left and forgot to ask..

I believe it's two fingertips for every 1cm so you would be a 1/2cm dialated.
Now go to bed and rest
