Scared! Updated!
Ok I was in pain on Monday and my doctor said it was ovulation! I am still in Pain and my stomach is distended. The nurse At my RE office said I will probally be put on bedrest and the doctor wants to See me! She said it was hyperstimulation! I forgotTo ask her if this would affect my chances with this IUI? Does anyone know!! ow I am sooo nervous! :
Update: well it's mild hyperstimulation. So i am offically on bedrest at least until monday! It won't affect this cycle and he said I still have a great chance at being pregnant! Although still have alot of XMAS shooping to do! i suppose it will have to wait! I am going to go Out of my mind stuck at home!!Thanks for all your support!

They may cancel the cycle if the risk of multiples is too high, it happened to me a couple of times.
ETA - You had your IUI already right? You should be okay in a day or so, you just aren't used to making more than one eggie.

I was in pain and was distended from clomid - it wasn't hyperstimulation - just my ovaries working away. Good luck and keep us updated!

To be honest when I did the cycle of injectables with IUI I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Rosenfeld did warn me that I would be "uncomfortable" on the day of the third IUI he said the pain may get a bit more intense, which it did.
How many follies do you have? I think it has to be pretty high (25 +) for them to consider cancelling, but I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time!)
I also have a partially blocked left tube and left side was more painful.
Don't be scared, I know it is easier said than done. Keep us posted and try not to worry

Amy I hope you are feeling better -- maybe just so many follies. I felt crampy when I did my first IVF and I had.....4 follicles!! So if you have a whole bunch that may explain it...

Glad to see the update and hope your feeling a lot better already. I had mild hyperstim during my IVF and remember some of the pain and discomfort...you must have been so nervous!
I pray that this all leads to a happy ending for you this month!
