I know I am preaching to the converted....
But I opened my Kitchenaid Mixer this morning and I have just made a Sticky Toffee Pudding cake with it...and WOW, do my arms feel great! No more creaming butter and sugar by hand, no more mixing and mixing....
The only drawback that I can find with it is that it doesn't clean up the rest of the kitchen. Ah well, no rest for the wicked!!!

I LOVE mine too!!
I bought some of the attachement to go with it...the meat grinder and the cheese shreader..and they are FABULOUS!!!!

But I need to get an extra bowl for it....cleaning it out after each batch of cookies is a pain!

Okay, this is the one that I made
But there are others on the food network site!
(for those who don't know) its a delicious cake made with dates, and you serve it with LASHINGS of Toffee sauce, which is really easy peasy to make. You can eat it either with Custard (preferably Birds, made from powder, or if you are looking for a posh nosh...Creme Anglaise)Vanilla Ice Cream or just a splash of cream. Its a really fantastic dessert, definitely will impress and its easy to make!
