anyone get this????
I went to my high risk appt and it was confirmed these babies gave me a hernia...did anyone else get one?
I didn't gain any weight at all since last appt--but both babies are 2 pounds at 25 weeks--and a few days/
I dk if it will continue to feel worse they bigger I get--they didn't seem to want to answer that.
They did say..if it incarcerates I need surgery with a spinal tap while prego...
any others this happened to?>

I had hernias from my boys, but I didn't realize it until afterwards. Now looking back I got them in my second trimester I believe. I had them repaired a year after they were born.

My sister in law had one with her third child. SInce she was having a c-section... they did the hernia operation directly after... i guess to minimize an additional surgery.
