She gave alot of dieting tips and food suggestions that she uses. I think she said they would be on her website.
She is such an inspiration. DH says I am the president of her cult!!! LOL

i was just on her website. She says no eating 3 hours before bed, and just that you are going to lose weight.
I am terrible-in the plan is no drinking, so I am now uninterested. I went to applebees last night for their WW salad, and ordered a bucket of beer(bud lite ) Summertime makes me want beer. I can't help it. I did go home and hit up my elliptical though, a little buzzed and singing to the radio.

OOH man I dont know if I can do that!!
I did go to the web site and then went and ordered the sports bra for big breasted women.
It was expensive but my girls take a beating on the treadmill or eleptical machine...and it sometimes reallly hurts especially when I am PMS'ing!
Once I give it a try out I will let you know how it works.

I read about it inteh magazine. I can't do the no food 3 hours before bed. I usally don't get home utnill 7:30, so we eat between 8 & 9 & I go to bed at 11.
I am trying to do no eating after diiner.
