I promise NOT to....
get on the scale for 2 weeks!!
I do NOT wanna see the damage Ive done. Tomorrow im back at the gym and eating normal again so... i will give it 2 solid weeks AND THEN weigh nyself

I usually go by how my clothes fit me...I never even went on the one at the gym.

I own a scale and like to check my weight, but I generally know how I am doing by how my clothes are fitting.

i'm addicted as well. as soon as i got home tonight, i weighed myself after a week at my ILs eating terribly and it wasnt as bad as i thought so you could be pleasantly surprised!
