Does ayone know if it takes longer to get an initial appointment if you are requesting a specific Dr?

They asked me who I wanted to see and I really wasn't sure...I suggested Kenigsberg because I had heard good things about him here related to my age...and got an appointment for about three weeks later.

I also had to wait about six weeks to see Dr. Brenner. I guess that is the standard for him.
Definately worth it. I am very happy with the office so far.
