Has anyone ever taken their Coach to get cleaned up?

I remember hearing a while back that you can bring your Coach bag back to the store and they shine it up/clean it up. Am I crazy? Has anyone ever done this? Mine is looking a little ragged from the commute everyday.

My sister had a zipper fixed. They can't always repair things, but if it's for a cleaning they might do it.

I am not sure if they do cleanings...but if you need repairs they will, if they can. If they can't they sometimes offer you a replacement bag. Bring it into a coach store and talk to them..they are super nice!
