injectibles are meds you take to help you develop follicles and to help your ovulation before they do the IUI (insemination). HTH!

often the RE will perscribe Clomid to stimulate more follicles from the ovaries for an IUI. thats oral

The injectibel IUI uses follistim or some other injectible drug to stimulate the ovaries

Thanks - makes sense.

So I am taking glcophage and chlomid to help produce my eggs. I will then need to take one shot during my cycle to release the egg. Does that mean I am doing injectibles.

No ma'am. You are just getting a shot of HCG to help control when you ovulate so you can time BD perfectly.
Injectables are if you use meds like Repronex, Follistom or something like that.
Also, you should know, the shot you are going to get is HCG if you take a pregnancy test too early, it will come up positive because of it.
