On another thread someone was saying they put it in the recipe builder and it came to 2 pts

I think that part of the reason for that is 1) the reciped builder counts veggies as points and 2) does not account for the canned items being UNdrained.
I know my leader counts it as 1- I think she said that when her and a coworker did the points by hand, it came out to 1.5, but she still counts it as 1.
I think it might be important to know that if you are eating more than one serving to not just double. It would not be 2 points for 2 cups. It wou;d be 3 points for 2 cups.
It never effected my weightloss when counting it as 1, so I guess everyone just needs to do what feels right to them.
