you would fry them in oil in a skillet

I put mine on a cookie sheet in the oven until the cheese melts and cut it with a pizza cutter!

I make them in a big frying pan. I spray it with Pam, put down one tortilla, some cheese, the chicken, a little more cheese and then the other tortilla. Flip after about 2 min and let the other side brown. Comes out yummy!! Be careful not to overstuff it though--cause everything will just fall out the sides when you try to cut it!

Re: quesidillas (sp?) - how to make?

thanks girls!!!

i was planning to do it in teh pan but just out of curiosity, if i were to do it on the cookie sheet, what temp would you bake it at and for about how long?

also, the chicken is already cooked - i forget what it's called, but it's cut up for fajitas basically. would i have to cook it at all separately then, or it's good to go into the quesidilla? and in the pan, about how long does it take to cook?

Re: quesidillas (sp?) - how to make?

I did one with just cheese in the toaster today for my daughter at 350 till the cheese melted.

When I make chicken & cheese ones, I put it all together, in the oven, and WALA.....dinner is DONE.

You can add salsa and sour cream after they are cooked.

I do the oven, or the pan..prefer the pan. I buy the extra large tortillas , spray some pam, place it in the frying pan...add all the ingriedents on ONE side of the tortilla.....fold one side over and fry on both sides and then cut into pieces.....
