Should I call the Dr.?

I haven't heard back from my IF clinic in almost three weeks since DH's bloodwork came back. I had a saline sono two weeks ago, and still no phone call, but the doc who did it said everything was fine. The last thing the dr. said to me was that we can proceed with treatment. Well, when is that gonna happen?

I don't want to come across as a pain in the butt to him, but I want to know what happens next.

If I call, do I ask to speak to him, a nurse?? How do I approach him if I so speak to him?

This is all new to me.Chat Icon

yes, absoutely you should call them, and personally I'd be a little mad at them - were they supposed to call you?

Are you waiting for your period or something? I would call them and ask them what the story is! Chat Icon

Re: Should I call the Dr.?

I have realize dthat they take their sweet time getting results back. I usually wait 2 weeks and then start being a pain! The only time they get right on top of calling you is if there is an insurance issue

I don't know the results of mine yet either but we did have had a set testing protocol and we just finished it yesterday with my biopsy. Dh and I have an appointment set on the 2/2 to discuss results and our treatment plan.

Could your Doctor be waiting for the end of your cycle? Did you no discuss this at your new patient appointment?

Re: Should I call the Dr.?

If you have no idea what is going on and what is next...Call. You want to get moving on this as quickly as possible, so the sooner you know what the next step is the better off you are.
Good luck!
