Steak: we like mccromicks grill mates or soy sauce and garlic

Pork: - there is a chipotle pepper marinade by mccormicks that is really yummy!

Chicken: any thing goes - we try to mix it up

Fish: we just started trying to eat more fish and we usually just do a lemon sauce with it

Steak: a combination of worsteshire (sp?) sauce and A-1 sauce and some salt and pepper.

Chicken: My favorite is to marinate in Wishbone Italian dressing with kosher salt and parsly overnight.

Mine is the following:

Take anything from the fridge that comes in a jar and only has a little bit left (jams, chutney, sauces...whatever) add some water, some soy sauce, some whole grain mustard, some dried garlic...put on meat. Leave for a while and cook your preferred method.
