I just officially joined WW!
I just joined weight watchers... i just got back from my first meeting... i bought the scale. I think im going to start this weekend on the diet though, so i have time to read up and go shopping and plan for the week... i cant believe i actually went... now i just have to DH on board to count points with me...
anyone have any tips for me??

we're here to support u. i'm going to make the garden vegetable soup today. some low point snacks are pretzels, rice cakes, jello, 100 calorie snacks

i've found most come to 2 pts, but since it has to do with more than just calories some could come in as more depending on fiber content.

I just made my first ever WW dinner... it was SOOO yummy!!!
3-pt Balsamic Chicken & Mushrooms
and 1-pt Caesar salad... YUMMM
