symptoms when stopping the pill?
Hi ladies,
I recently stopped taking the pill (about a month ago). I'm waiting for my first period off the pilll. Today is Day 32. In the meantime, my BBs have been sore, i'm so emotional, i've been having lots of headaches and i'm more tired than usual. Did anyone experience this, or any other "symptoms" when going off the pill?

No symptoms but my first af was on cycle day 40 & then it stayed at 38 days each month after that

those symptoms were my preggo symtpoms!!

I was only off 2 months (my 2nd I got pregnant), I didn't really have any symptoms.

I got preggo the first month off of the pill, but I felt like I was getting my period and I just never did.

I stopped taking BC about 4 months ago and the only symptom I notice is that I get terrible pains in my stomach when I'm ovulating and I'm getting hairier by the second! First 2 months off I got my period in 28 days; 3rd month was 29; 4th month was 31.

I actually TOTALLY had these symptoms! I thought I was going crazy because I was off of the pill and my body felt so hormonal. The sore bb's thing drove me nuts! I even had to buy new bras.
I wasn't pregnant and I'll tell you that after I had my first period off the pill I felt much better. I'm not as sore anymore or headachey or tired. And my bb's went back to their normal size. Hopefully it gets better for you! But I can at least tell you that someone else has gone through this....

Thanks ladies! It's good to hear that somebody else felt the same way i am feeling when going off the pill. i was starting to think i might be PG! ......... that thought is still in the back of my head I guess, but at least I know that these "symptoms" could just be from the lack of pill, too.

I'm 41 days off the pill w/a BFP!! PREGGO!!...so I have sore boobies!!! and slight cramping.

I don't recall having any symptoms. Stopped pill July 2, AF started July 4, then Aug 1 and got PG that month

I tested on Sunday night, CD40, just because I had a test sitting in the cabinet and I was feeling anxious (I didn't feel any physical signs of anything)...and was absoluely shocked the thing said pregnant. The next morning (yesterday) I took two more tests (BFPs) and I actually started spotting and had cramping so I went to the Dr....he did an internal and well...preggo confirmed! I still can't believe it! I'm about 4-5 weeks.
