HELP! 9 month old won't go to bed for me but will for DH!

OK - so for the past few nights DD starts to cry as soon as she realizes she's going to bed - she sees the bedroom and the big pout starts and then the tears flow - and then she screams bloody murder and won't let me comfort her

HOWEVER - DH came up tonight to help out so I asked him to take her from me bc nothing I did was comforting her- she literally stopped crying almost immediately - looked at him - smiled - and he put her in the crib and she went out

what the heck?~?~!!!!!! why is this? I feel like I'm a bad mommy or something Chat Icon

Don't over analyze. You haven't done anything wrong. DH was just a break in the routine.
