Nip/Tuck and X-men. (Although I thought she was her hottest in Goldeneye.)
She was a model prior to becoming an actress. She was in the VS catalogs, on the runways, etc..
I always had a thing for her and Yasmeen Ghauri. 
ETA: I was on a flight with her to LA once. My DH was waiting for me at the gate and when I asked him he noticed the "tall" girl that came off the plane, he said "yeah, what about her". He was dumbfounded that she was a model/actress. The poor girl had a nasty cold and looked it.  Regardless, she's still stunning.
