Re: Superbowl ideas

Taco Salad

Make the ground beef as per the instructions on the mix packet.
Let it chill.
In layers do ground beef, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, onion, and tomato.

You can dip tostitos in it.

Re: Superbowl ideas

buffalo chicken dip...so good!

3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican Cheese
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Boil chicken and shred. Mix all ingredients together, pour into casserole dish and bake in oven until cheese starts bubbling (approximately 25-30 minutes) at 350-375 degrees. Serve with crackers.

Re: Superbowl ideas

TACO DIP

*8oz cream cheese
*16oz refried beans
*2c salsa
*2c shredded cheddar cheese
*Optional: olives, jalapenos, diced tomatos

Directions

1. Soften cream cheese and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish.

2. Spread refried beans over the cream cheese.

3. Pour the salsa over the cream cheese and beans.

4. Layer shredded cheese on the top. You may also sprinkle sliced olives, jalapenos or diced tomatos over cheese.

5. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with Tortilla chips.

***I make this all the time but I leave out the salsa.

Re: Superbowl ideas

Heros and wings are perfect. I would add piggies in a blanket to that and maybe a no meat pasta dish.

Re: Superbowl ideas

also yummy... sweat& sour meatballs in a bread bowl

Takes some chopped meat, sprinkle some garlic powder and onion powder and make into small balls.

In a sauce pan mix 1 jar of chili sauce and same amount of grape jelly. Once combined, add meatballs and let cook for a while until done.

I pour the meat balls into a bread bowl... at the end you get to eat the bread... sooo yummy!
