Taco Salad
Make the ground beef as per the instructions on the mix packet. Let it chill. In layers do ground beef, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, onion, and tomato.
You can dip tostitos in it.

buffalo chicken dip...so good!
3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing 3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot® 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican Cheese 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
Boil chicken and shred. Mix all ingredients together, pour into casserole dish and bake in oven until cheese starts bubbling (approximately 25-30 minutes) at 350-375 degrees. Serve with crackers.

TACO DIP
*8oz cream cheese *16oz refried beans *2c salsa *2c shredded cheddar cheese *Optional: olives, jalapenos, diced tomatos
Directions
1. Soften cream cheese and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish.
2. Spread refried beans over the cream cheese.
3. Pour the salsa over the cream cheese and beans.
4. Layer shredded cheese on the top. You may also sprinkle sliced olives, jalapenos or diced tomatos over cheese.
5. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with Tortilla chips.
***I make this all the time but I leave out the salsa.

i make this version of the recipe julz33 suggested:
7 Layer Dip
1 can of refried beans mixed w/taco seasoning
1 packet guacamole
1 8 oz container sour cream
salsa
1 bag 4 Cheese Mexican
Olives
Green Onions
Layered in exactly that order! Yummo!
Other easy ideas: pigs in a blanket meatballs mozzarella sticks

Veggie Platter Chicken Wings Potatoe Skins Nachos..I am going to make them with cheese, beans, ground beef, salsa, sour cream on them stuffed breads

This is my 7-layer dip... the boys always LOVE it!
Layer 1: Can of refried beans Layer 2: 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup sour cream & taco mix (mix all together before adding it as a layer) Layer 3: 3 mashed avacados Layer 4: 2-3 diced tomatoes Layer 5: shredded lettuce Layer 6: sliced olives layer 7: shredded cheddar cheese

also yummy... sweat& sour meatballs in a bread bowl
Takes some chopped meat, sprinkle some garlic powder and onion powder and make into small balls.
In a sauce pan mix 1 jar of chili sauce and same amount of grape jelly. Once combined, add meatballs and let cook for a while until done.
I pour the meat balls into a bread bowl... at the end you get to eat the bread... sooo yummy!
