We just found out today that Aetna HMO is going to cover it for us also!!!
We have to send in receipts and probably fight the fight each time but its worth it...now if only they would just send it to us each month...

So, do you have to enroll with Apria as an additional healthcare provider and pay them premiums? How does it work exactly? I think I need to call them.

Nope, I called my insurance company to ask if they cover it and they said yes, so I had a choice of places to choose from.
Then my PED had to wite on a prescription form what formula and why. they needed a diagnosis. Christopher has a milk allergy, and to write down how much ozs. a day he takes and they send me 6 cases a month.
