Question for Untenured Teachers...
What are some future plans that you have that are contingent upon tenure?
For dh and I, when I get tenured next year, we plan to:
1. Get PG for hopefully an '09 baby
2. Expand our house or move into a bigger one altogether...
What about you guys?

nothing. I didn't let tenure stop me from doing what I wanted to do. I had my baby before getting tenure.
