what is your take on it?? is diet better or is it the same??

I thought diet is better-I only drink diet but I try and only have it at lunch and drink water the rest of the day unless I am out to dinner.

all soda is bad for you...but if i do drink soda I drink regular b/c I'd rather drink sugar than the chemicals in diet..JMO

All soda is bad. But regular has TONS of sugar and calories. I drink diet if I am in the mood for a soda, but mostly drink water.
