how often do you weigh yourself with POLL
I will weigh on Mondays and Thursdays..........I used to weigh everyday morning and night
but then I become obsessive so I am limiting the times I weigh so this doesnt happen

I used to weight myself ALOT; daily or weekly.
But now I will weigh myself once a month around the same time. 2 months in a row I've been the same exact amount, up to the ounce. LOL
I need to get that number down a few.

in the morning right before i get in the shower... however since i joined WW my weight hasnt changed on my home scale  even though WW says I dropped a few pounds!!

you might need a new battery in your scale. But i weigh myself every other day if i can, otherwise its everyday.

we dont own a scale, I go by my clothes. the number itself would drive me crazy.

Same with me. The last time I weighed myself was right before I got married and that was over a year ago. I know my body and can tell if I put just a couple of pounds on.

My weigh in day at home is Monday, but I'll weigh myself usually in the middle of the week too to see how I'm doing.
