acne on your back, face & chest

I am 12 weeks and starting about 2 weeks ago I started getting horrible tiny little pimples on my face, back and chest. Not to be gross but they are not white heads but just little tiny bumps. Is this normal and does anyone have any suggestions on treatment? I don't want to use any chemicals like salycis acid (spelling?). Maybe something all natural. Help?

My back and chest have been gross since the beginning of the PG. My doctor said I can use a Clearasil wash in the shower. It is safe because you arent letting it sit on your skin.

I am almost 14 weeks and this started for me too right around 12 weeks on my back. I've been using Lever 2000 liquid soap at the recommendation of my dermatologist and so far it seems to be helping. Those little bumps were itchy to me!

Yup, I have them on my shoulders, neck and chest.

I exfoliate but they are still there. When I had a facial last week, the facialist said it should clear up after the baby. She said it is hormonal.

My skin has been absolutely horrific since the beginning - my chin is especially gross...and my hairline. I hate it! I feel like I'm 13 again.
