Cancun... Has anyone been there recently?
I went there back in 2000. My DH & I were thinking of going there this year to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Has anyone stayed there recently or have hotel recommendations?

Hi, My husband and I went last month for our 4 year anniversary. The weather was beautiful. Everything has been bulilt up since the hurricane. Most of the hotels have updated/expanded and the malls are super fancy now. We stayed at The Royal Solaris all inclusive. it was nice. I stayed there in 2000, and I have also stayed at another one- I forgot the name. If you don't need an all-inclusive, I would recommend The Ritz Carltun.

Thank you! We are definately interested in All-Inclusive. We have to look into it some more. I just checked into The Royal Solaris & it looks phenominal! Thanks.

Went for our 1st anniversary in Sept. We were supposed to go to Cabo but Hurricane John forced us to change last minute. We stayed at Dreams. It's all inclusive and the food was really really good.

We were there in June. Stayed at the Moon Palace resort. AMAZING. Highly recommend it!

Any of the Palace resorts are amazing.. & you can use any of the other hotels if you want to take trips to see them.
A long time ago, I also stayed at the Oasis- if you stay there, stay at The Oasis Grand, not the other one.
