Bad first week of WW
My first week of WW...I weighed in today and I didnt lose any weight. I guess it is good that I didnt gain. I went way over my points for the week and used all of my flex points.
Today starts a new week. I have no ambition to start excersizing though.
The winter kills me, because I dont want to do anything.

Like u said at least u didnt gain
The exercise helps ALOT with WW
I lost 28 lbs before my wedding doing it. I am back on now also to lose about 10 lbs and get back into shape. My husband is doing it as well. Its 1 step at a time

I totally didnt stick to it this weekend either. I know I have to lose the weight, but I cannot get into doing it.
I keep saying I am going to excersize, but I havent started yet. This weather is killing me.

losing weight isnt easy, if it was... everyone would be super thin!!! the only way to do it is to really want it... if you dont really want it, theres always an excuse, if you want it, you'll find a way to do it... good luck!

I actually just ordered food from Nutrisystem. Danielle and I are going to do this together.....
I know it works and it is sooo easy.

Didn't you do Nutrisystem and end up selling all the food on eBay because you hated it?

I didnt hate the food.....
I am going to try it again. See what happens. i am going to stick with the food that I liked....
If this doesnt work then I am going to have to go see a nutritionist.
