Laughing Cow cheese
I always read that a lot of the girls on here eat Laughing Cow, but what kind do I buy? Are there all different kinds, or just one? 
I have never had it. Which one is good for dieting?

The little round light ones are great for dieting, so are the regular ones. I don't even know the types, I just eat them! But, the white are the light and excellent tasting. My fav though are the red ones.

Laughing Cow cheese are these cheese wedges that have the consistancy of a spread. They are wrapped in foil and come in a round cardboard box. They come in a regular swiss flavor, and 3 light flavors: swiss, french onion and garlic-herb. They also make little cubes and a snack pack of some cheese and poppy-onion mini breadsticks.
  
Laughing cow also makes another product called Babybel cheese, which are small, round pieces of cheese that are wrapped in red wax. They come in a couple of different varieties.
