Do you find you weigh more.....
AFTER you go to the gym?
Yes I know about the whole muscle weighs more than fat, but I am talking about weighing yourself the next moring after you went to the gym the night before.....

sometimes
sometimes I weigh more after I go to the bathroom too (TMI sorry )
I am scale obsessed and I know it is not a good thing.

I drink a ton of water while working out, so i usually feel like i weigh more afterwards.

I feel like my body swells up a little after the gym - maybe you retain fluid or something. I know what you are saying though.
