initial is what you get when you first become certified, and professional is when you have your masters as well as three years teaching experience, then in order to keep your professional you must have 175 hours of professional development every five years.....

what if I got my masters to teach?
So when I have 3 years I am professional & I have 5 years to get 175 professional hours?
