I LOVE LOVE LOVE WW Magazine!
I have bought just TWO issues, but MAN! I have used them so much in the last three weeks! I'm in the middle of making an apple tart from their magazine for only 4 pts. a slice! And the other night I made some of their dinner side dishes. I decided to subscribe because the articles are good, and the recipes really help when I'm getting bored of being on a diet. I'm going to post some of the recipes becuase they're easy and awesome!

Re: I LOVE LOVE LOVE WW Magazine!
Ok, this is what I'm making now. I am going to my aunt's house for dinner, and I KNOW there'll be tons of CRAP for dessert, so I am preparing by bringing something I CAN eat.
Apple Crostata
First, you need to prepare the Flakey Pie-Crust dough (so easy!)
1 cup all purpose flour 3 Tbsps sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 4 Tbsps cold unsalted butter diced 3 Tbsps light sour cream
Pulse the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in the food processor to mix Next add the butter and pulse until it's a crumbley texture Then add the sour cream and pulse again until dough comes together in a ball. Gather dough into ball, and knead a few times on a lightly floured surface. Press into a disc and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. OR freeze for up to 3 days.
This dough can be used for LOTS of things, and alone is only 3 pts. for an 1/8 of the crust.
Next for the apple crostata
3 Tbsps sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 large, firm apples such as a granny smith 2 Tbsps. sliced almonds (I left this out)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap until it's about 12 inches round. Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet and spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle one Tbsp over the crust Peel and core the apples and slice into 1/8 inch thick slices and arrange in an overlapping ring around the dough, leaving a one inch border near the crust Sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon onto apples. sprinkle almonds along the edge and tuck under to make a crust.
Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and cook for additional 15-20 minutes.
4 pts total for 1/8 of crostata. A

Re: I LOVE LOVE LOVE WW Magazine!
So I brought that apple crostata to my aunt's house last night, and even though she had cake and cookies out, EVERYONE ate the apple crostata! People were raving about it and had no idea it was low fat!
