Hi Ladies!

I am new to this board and so excited to find it! I just finished the "tudor" series of her books and was hooked. Do you recommend her other books and do they have to be read in a specific order?

Re: Philippa Gregory

Welcome!

I just started reading Wideacre which is the first in a trilogy, which is Wideacre, The Favored Child, and Meridon. So far it's okay, I have only read one chapter. I like Gregory, but I think I am more interested in the royalty topic then her writing. I am giving it a chance though.

Re: Philippa Gregory

I have read Wideacre and just bought the Favored Child...Wideacre was good...I have to admit I like her Henry the VIII stuff better.

I just read the Boleyn Inheritance (her new book) and I really loved it. The Other Boleyn Girl is still my favorite.

Re: Philippa Gregory

I thought I had read all of her books... What is the Tudor series??

Do you mean TOBG, Virgin Queen, Constant Princess, Queens Fool and Bolyen Inheritance??

I have read all three of these books... they get more and more bizarre through the series.. I did enjoy them though. I agree that the Henry/Elizabeth period stuff is better-- but Virgin Queen was my least favorite.
