Yes - I take Nexium now.....and also I take acidophilus. I have no problems - so far lol

Is the food any good? I was thinking about it, but I didn't wantto waste $300 if the food wasn't edible.
How are your results? Do you find you are still hungry? How long did it take for your shipment to arrive?

Shipments arrived within 5 days
Some food is good, and some food isnt good. The first month is picking and choosing what foods you like and you dont like.
You still have to buy fruits, veggies, salads, fat free cheeses, yogurts etc...
I find it very filling
