Would you return it?

I guess this can go on either this board or fashion so if its not here in a few minutes I know it was moved.

But anyway. I purchased a bra from Fredericks exactly 1 month ago. However the underwire has come through and is completely poking me and has made some ugly marks on my skin.

I have the receipt but its obviously been worn.

Would you take it back to get a new one? Would they even take it back?

Yes. It shouldn't break after 1 month. You are not returning it because its new and you just didn't like it. You are returning it because it is defective- so the fact that its worn is OK.

Re: Would you return it?

Yes. Products like that shouldnt break after a month of wearing them. They arent disposable.

Re: Would you return it?

I think you should and I know many people who would. I just don't know if I'd be able to. I think I would ask my mom or my aunts to do it, they do things like that all the time.

Re: Would you return it?

Yes, I'd take it back and exchange it. If it happens again with another bra, I wouldn't buy another.

Re: Would you return it?

Same thing happened to me with a Victoria's bra. I returned it after two months and they took it and gave me a new one - and I didn't have the tags either, just the receipt. I would just go down there and try to return it.

Do you hand wash? I throw them in the delicate cylce. The Victoria's lady was trying to tell me to always hand wash - who has time for that??

Absolutely take it back. It's even better that you have your receipt, but even if you didn't I would go back anyway. It's defective!

Re: Would you return it?

I would bring it to them with your receipt. They should exchange it.

You mentioned ugly marks from it...try Palmer's cocoa butter. My bra scratched my back, and the cocoa butter helped smooth the mark left there. It's also soothing.

Re: Would you return it?

I would return/exchange it. Frederick's sells their own brands, so I think you should be able to take it back to any Frederick's store. It's not like you bought a Werner's bra from Macys and are trying to return it at Penny's.

Fredericks should (and hopefully would) stand behind their product and let you exchange or return it.

Re: Would you return it?

I would absoluely take it back. It's only been a month, even if you wore it every day since you bought it, that should not have happened. That is poor quality

Re: Would you return it?

that's crap about the tags and receipt. They should take it back and give you a new one or receipt. Speak to a manager and demand it.
