As has been rumored, Heather Locklear and her Melrose Place co-star Jack Wagner have been "spending time together" lately.
A lot of time!
The blossoming couple were spotted having dinner at Mr. Chow's in Beverly Hills on Thursday night.

They are suppposedly best friends ... and I think he & "Felicia" are back together (or definitely were about a year ago - I know they've been very on and off).
