WW point range
Can someone tell me what the point ranges are for Weight Watchers (meaning - this is what I weigh - and these are the amount of points I am allowed for the day)
And are they the same for Core and Flex?
Thanks

Re: WW point range
All I know if that under 150 is 20 points. I am not sure about the rest.
Also, core and flex do NOT have the same point values. The above is for flex.

Re: WW point range
there are a few things that go into the points value... your weight, height, age, & type of job... i have 21 points a day... im 26, 128 lbs, 5'1'' and have a slightly active job... HTH!

Re: WW point range
If you want to send me your info, i will figure it out for you... the chart is too much to type all out...
