Pilates
I signed up to do a 10-week Pilates class (once a week for an hour and a half)
What can I expect?

Floor or reformer?
I took reformer and it will kick your azz. Floor or mat is a little easier i think simply because you do not have the resistance of the springs used in the reformer machine. However I took this for about 4-5 weeks and changed my body by going twice a week. My but got smaller, my waist thinner and i was more toned in general. They had to take in my wedding dress!

It's floor.
We had the first session last night - wow! I don't think I've ever used half of these muscles before!
I felt fantastic when it was over - a little sore today, though!
I'm actually looking forward to the next class!
