Friend is having twins!
My best friends sister in law-who I know pretty well JUST found out today that she is having twins...after 5 years of trying and lots of different procedures! I am so happy for them!
I would like to send something to her-do you have any ideas?

They are still in shock and it is still so early...BUT, they couldn't resist telling!
